Máriabesnyő is a wonderful residential park in Gödöllő, located in a green area surrounded by ancient trees. In this divine setting, the inner two-storey apartment shown in the pictures is on the first floor of a condominium built in 2006, but in exceptionally good technical condition, facing south-west.
Renovated in 2018 (floor coverage replacement, bathroom, Vailant economical condensing gas boiler), and in 2020 the upper level was completed with 2 rooms and a bathroom.

On the first floor is the living room with kitchen in an airy space, dining table with bar and a separate bathroom with bathtub.
Hardwood stairs take you to the upper level. Under the stairs, a huge built-in closet absorbs our stuff.
The apartment also has a 21 sqm garage, so in addition to our car, many other things can be hidden well here.
The extremely low overhead for heating (HUF 5,000 / month) is provided by a smart home system (including the air conditioning).
The common cost is 16,000 HUF per month, garage included.

The quiet residential park is guarded by a barrier and a surveillance camera. A large playground provides entertainment for children.

The condominium underwent a partial roof replacement in 2021 and as part of a future development they also plan to build a single-house solar system.
They are constantly maintaining the condominium, what is important when considering buying such a property.
